- Please note that we prefer all payments to be made in cash INR (Two ATMs and a money changer are a 5 minute walk from our home).
- Check out time at ‘Eleven’ is 12 Noon
- Check in time at ‘Eleven’ is 2 PM

Tariffs are all inclusive - there are no hidden charges.
We do not levy a service charge.
Govt of India levied General Sales Tax (GST) @ 18% will be in added to the above.
We provide the following complimentary to our guests:
A light English Breakfast for each day of their stay, packaged drinking water, tea, coffee, air conditioning / heating , free local calls from our landline, internet and Wi-fi.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FROM GUESTS
As per Government of India Regulations which are non negotiable we need the following from each Guest in ORIGINAL on check in:
- For Foreigners & Persons of Indian Origin holding foreign passports - Passports along with a valid Indian visa.
- For Indians & Non Resident Indians - Passport or Driving License or Aadhar Card or Voter ID Card.
